Into Film Festival

Our Arts award students had a MARVEL-ous time at the INTO FILM Festival

In November our Bronze and Explore Arts Award students took part in the annual ‘Into Film Festival’.  They visited Cineworld in Bolton for a special screening of Captain Marvel as part of their unit ‘Taking Part in the Arts as an Audience’.  They joined a whole host of other schools for the film and were wowed by the special effects and cool costumes.  After the screening, students stepped in the shoes of film critics and gave us their reviews:

Reece Millward loved the film and said it was really exciting, whist Fran thought it looked cool and liked the colours and costumes.  Not everyone was a fan though – Ryan says it got a bit scary and Corey thought it was a little too loud.

If you want to find out what some of our other students thought, you can watch Lewis, Chloe and Nathan’s one minute review videos in our gallery.

If you’d like to take part in next year’s festival and watch your favourite films for free you can find out everything you need to know at https://www.intofilm.org/ or follow us on Facebook for updates.
